Here’s what to expect from Wednesday’s weather forecast
Here comes the rain again.
Wednesday may start on a dry note, but make sure you bring an umbrella for the evening. A storm system will move into the area throughout the day, although some low level dry air may need to move out before rainfall really kicks in. In other words, it could take most of, if not the entire day for showers to fully form in Central and Eastern Massachusetts. If you’re located west of the Worcester Hills, however, there is an increasing risk of rain by the afternoon. By nighttime, Massachusetts will experience between one and three inches of rain. This storm system will also bring strong winds, with gusts along the coast moving at up to about 45 miles per hour. That number may get higher across Cape Cod and the Islands around or after midnight.
