Tuesday has more blistering heat and humidity in store for the Boston region.

Skies will be sunny in the morning, and highs will reach the 90s in many areas, according to forecasters. Clouds move in during the afternoon, and there will be chances for showers and potentially strong thunderstorms.

Wednesday will bring slightly lower temperatures and humidity.
