Bodyguards at Tom Brady/Gisele Bundchen wedding sentenced in Costa Rica
Shortly after Patriots quarterback Tom Brady married Gisele Bundchen in 2009, the big news was that the couple’s bodyguards had been accused of shooting at photographers who tried to capture their Costa Rican wedding celebration on film. Sky News in the United Kingdom now reports that two of those bodyguards, Miguel Solis and Alexander Rivas, have been found guilty of attempted murder. Sentenced in a court in Puntarenas last week, the men will serve five years in prison and will pay $10,000 to photographers involved in the incident. A third bodyguard was acquitted. Brady and Bundchen haven’t commented about the sentencing.
