Mark Wahlberg not ruling out Funky Bunch reunion
At long last, Mark Wahlberg may be ready to put the Funky Bunch back together. After an appearance Wednesday morning at a school in Virginia — he was promoting his new movie, director Michael Bay’s “Pain & Gain’’ — Wahlberg was asked if he might do a benefit concert — as Marky Mark — for the victims of the Boston Marathon bombings. “Why not?’’ he replied. The actor called the bombings a “horrible horrible tragedy,’’ and thanked people for their love and support. “It’s through those thoughts and prayers that we can start to heal,’’ he said. If the reunion does happen, Traci Bingham wants in. After TMZ posted a link to Wahlberg’s remarks, the former “Baywatch’’ beauty tweeted this: “AND I SHOULD BE IN ANOTHER ONE OF HIS VIDEOS AS I AM THE #GIRL IN HIS #GOODVIBRATIONS #VIDEO. #FYI #TRUTH :-).’’ We had no idea that was her in the video for the Funky Bunch’s biggest hit, “Good Vibrations.’’
