Car crashes into Somerville home; no injuries reported
A car crashed this morning into a house in Somerville, causing “pretty good damage,’’ the Somerville fire chief said. No injuries were reported.
The crash happened before 7 a.m. at 1 Laurel Terrace in Somerville’s Spring Hill neighborhood, said Fire Chief Kevin Kelleher.
A building inspector was called to the scene to inspect the damage, Kelleher said. The house is more than 110 years old.
The scene was cleared just after 8 a.m. No further information was immediately available.
