A casually-dressed Mark Wahlberg was bookended by images of costar Russell Crowe at a Chicago screening of “Broken City.’’ The film, in which Wahlberg plays a police-officer-turned-private-eye and Crowe plays the mayor of New York, opens in Wahlberg’s hometown (here) Jan. 18.
