The wallets were out at this weekend’s Storybook Ball, the annual MassGeneral Hospital for Children fund-raiser. Held at the Museum of Fine Arts, and arranged as usual by party planner Bryan Rafanelli, the event included a live auction that raised some serious dough. How much would you pay for four front-row tickets to see Justin Bieber at the TD Garden and listen to his soundcheck and meet him afterward? Well, two people paid $13,000 each. (By our calculation, that’s $26,000 for eight tickets.) The other popular item — added at the last minute by Aerosmith bassist Tom Hamilton — was four front-row tickets to see Aerosmith in Los Angeles and backstage passes to meet the band. That went for $15,000.
