Bill Belichick sells Brooklyn townhouse
The New York Observer reports that Pats coach Bill Belichick has sold the Brooklyn townhouse he bought in 2006. According to the paper, Belichick made a tidy $2.75 million profit on the sale of the five-bedroom, three-bath residence, which he purchased for $2.2 million. The house, the Observer notes, was allegedly a “love nest’’ for the coach and Sharon Shenocca, with whom he spent a lot of time after the dissolution of his marriage but before taking up with current girlfriend, Linda Holliday.
