Twitter hopes Tom Brady will sign up
Tom Brady is a wanted man, and not just by NFL pass rushers and women all over the world. Speaking Friday at the Online News Association’s annual conference, Dick Costolo, chief executive officer of Twitter, was asked to name the No. 1 person he hopes will join the social media site. “The quarterback of the New England Patriots, Tom Brady,’’ replied Costolo, who was participating in a keynote conversation at the conference in San Francisco. After the session, Costolo expanded on his comment, saying, “I’m a big Tom Brady fan.’’ He also said he was a Patriots fan, a 49ers fan, and a Bears fan.
