Two men, both 19, killed in separate shootings in Dorchester and Mattapan
Two 19-year-old men were killed in separate shootings in Dorchester and Mattapan Monday night, Boston police said.
Officers responded to 57 Wheatland Ave. in Dorchester at 6:40 p.m. and found a man suffering from a gunshot wound, police said in a statement.
The victim was rushed to Boston Medical Center where he was later pronounced dead.
About two hours later, police rushed to 57 Sanford St. where another person had been shot. The victim was taken to the same hospital, where he also died, police said.
No arrests have been made.
