Jimmy Kimmel cracks wise about Robert Kraft tape
Eventually, the guffawing will stop, just not yet. Late-night talk show host Jimmy Kimmel couldn’t resist playing a few snippets of the now-infamous audition tape that Patriots owner Robert Kraft and lady friend Ricki Noel Lander made for the new Vince Vaughn/Owen Wilson film. (You know, the one where Lander, clad in a leopard-print bikini, reads the role of a stripper, and Kraft plays her prospective suitor.) “They have such chemistry,’’ Kimmel marveled in mock praise. “Really, there’s such magnetism there, I felt like I might get sucked in.’’ We’re pretty sure he was kidding, but the host even deemed the performances prize worthy. “Academy Awards all around,’’ he said.
