Two-year-old killed after incident in Saugus
A two-year-old girl has been pronounced dead after being hit by a vehicle in Saugus today, according to WCVB.
Although Saugus Police could not confirm that the two-year-old was struck, they did respond to the scene around 2 p.m. before transporting the girl to Massachusetts General Hospital, where she was pronounced dead just before 3 p.m., said assistant chief Leonard Campanello.
The incident is under preliminary investigation, Campanello said.
