Leonardo DiCaprio’s rumored girlfriend, supermodel Erin Heatherton, was in Marblehead filming a car wash scene for the movie “Grown Ups 2’’ earlier this week. She tweeted to Adam Sandler’s production company after wrapping the gig, “had a blast, if you ever need a sponge bath, you know who to call.’’
