Pats owner Robert Kraft was emotional Saturday as he accepted an honorary degree awarded posthumously by Brandeis to his late wife, Myra, at the school’s commencement. . . . Hall of Fame running back John Riggins was at the Pine Street Inn Sunday, where he served venison tacos to the homeless as part of the Sportsman Channel’s “Hunt.Fish.Feed.’’ program that uses game meat and fish donated by sportsmen to feed the hungry. . . . Gus and Scout – the five-piece band fronted by Gus Wenner (son of Rolling Stone magazine founder Jann Wenner and ex-wife Jane) and Scout Willis (daughter of Bruce Willis and ex-wife Demi Moore) – performed at Cafe 939 Friday. The duo, both students at Brown, drew a few familiar faces, including Berklee president Roger Brown and Peter Wolf, whom Gus Wenner referred to as his “godfather,’’ adding “Peter’s in the back of the room, but you can’t see him because he’s dressed in black.’’ . . . Former Bruin Marco Sturm was spied at the InterContinental Hotel Sunday having breakfast on the patio at Miel. . . . Flack George Regan hosted a cocktail party for former police commissioner Bill Bratton and wife Rikki Klieman at his place in Marina Bay. Guests included Channel 4 GM Ed Piette, WCVB’s Bianca de la Garza, Roger Berkowitz, Steve and Roberta Weiner, and Mary Clivio.
