Shortly after noon, a 2000 Toyota Land Cruiser struck a tree at 2 Red Gate Farm in Aquinnah. The driver, a 71-year-old West Tisbury woman, and the front seat passenger, a 69-year-old Lyman, N.H., woman, were pronounced dead at Martha’s Vineyard Hospital in Oak Bluffs, State Police said.

A 68-year-old Minneapolis
