Mark Wahlberg and Rhea Durham honored by Good Shepherd
Dorchester’s Mark Wahlberg spent St. Patrick’s Day being honored with his wife, Rhea Durham, at the Good Shepherd Center’s annual gala in Beverly Hills. The center, which helps homeless women and children, said in its announcement about the “Evening of Surprises’’ gala that the couple would be honored because “Mark and his wife, Rhea, have quietly and consistently demonstrated Sr. Julia Mary’s guiding principle of treating everyone with kind hearts and graciousness. Their generosity is deep and impactful.’’ (Sister Julia Mary Farley is the founding director of the organization.)
