Dunkin’ promo will feature Stanley Cup — and trophies won by the Sox, Patriots, and Celtics

It’s the equivalent of a Hub sports fan’s beatific vision — a chance to view the Stanley Cup along with championship trophies won by the Celtics, the Sox, and the Patriots.

This slice of jock heaven on earth is being brought to a select and lucky few by Dunkin’ Donuts as part of the Canton chain’s “Caught Cold’’ promotion, which looks to boost sales of iced coffee.

Under the promotion, anyone spotted with a Dunkin’ Donuts Iced Coffee on select “Caught Cold’’ days has the chance to win free tickets to Bruins and Patriots games. Locations vary each week, and the best way to get hints on where the “Caught Cold’’ crew will be next is to follow Dunkin’ on social media, specifically Facebook and Twitter. Since the promotion launched last year, Dunkin’ said it has given away more than 1,000 tickets.

To mark the first anniversary of the Caught Cold promo, the coffee-and-baked goods chain is running a Twitter contest. About 100 winners are being invited to a special event at TD Garden Saturday, where championship trophies for the Celtics, the Sox, and the Patriots will be assembled and displayed. At the right moment, plans call for B’s legend Cam Neely to bring in the Stanley Cup, a Dunkin’ spokeswoman said. Some winners will be selected by radio stations participating in the promotion.

“Boston sports teams and fans run on Dunkin’, and we can’t think of a better way to celebrate our year-long promotion than with this ultimate fan event,’’ Michael Mahon, the Boston-area manager of Dunkin’s field marketing operations, said in a statement. “More than 100 fans who won tickets via radio stations, social media, and by getting ‘Caught Cold’ will have the chance to see something special – all four team trophies together in one room, on one table.’’
