Dunkin’ Donuts goodies coming to Bruins parade

The chain that sells the official coffee of the Bruins will be handing out posters and gift cards Saturday at the parade to celebrate the team’s Stanley Cup championship.

Tom Manchester, vice president of field marketing for Dunkin’ Donuts, said there will be teams of the chain’s employees giving away free commemorative Bruins posters (which will also be available in printed copies of the Globe on Saturday).

Spectators will also be able to get a gift card good for a $2.50 iced coffee. The chain will distribute 20,000 of the coupons, worth $50,000 in free iced coffee, during the parade.

Dunkin will be sponsoring one of the 20 duck boats to be featured in the parade; tomorrow, a group of employees will be scouting Boston Dunkin’ Donuts locations for the “most passionate’’ Bruins fan they can find; the fan and a friend will be invited to ride on one of the Duck boats, along with Bruins players, during the parade.
