A man is accused of assault and battery with a deadly weapon after allegedly threatening a victim on the MBTA.
The alleged crime was committed on Tuesday, Feb. 13 around 6 a.m. at South Station, according to MBTA Transit Police.
According to police, the suspect threw a lit cigarette in the victim’s face, then brandished a knife in a “threatening manner.”
The MBTA Transit Police request that anyone with information on the suspect’s identity to call 617-222-1050.
