Boston is no stranger to unique fitness events, and this spring there’s a plethora of cool exercise-focused events to chose from (read: running a 5K with your dog). Below are five events to sign up for now.

1. Yoga at Aeronaut Brewery

Relax with a pint after a 60-minute yoga session. The class is open to all levels and will be held in the brewery’s Food Hub space.

Saturday, May 21 at 11 a.m.; 14 Tyler Street, Somerville; Starting at $25.

2. Shake and Shake

After a 50-minute Zumba class, learn how to make healthy, easy-to-prepare smoothies in the kitchen at the Boston Public Market.

Sunday, May 22 at 9:30 a.m.; 100 Hanover Street; $15.

3. Esplanade 5K

Bring your four-legged running partner along for the Esplanade 5K. Proceeds will benefit the The Esplanade Association and help restore the Lotta Fountain, which was constructed in 1939 to help hydrate thirsty dogs.
