An entire Cape Cod island is up for sale for $12.5 million

It's the first time "in generations" that the whole island is on the market.

Sipson Island, a 25-acre isle on Pleasant Bay off the Cape Cod coast, is up for sale in its entirety. The island is going for $12.5 million, according to its listing.

Amenities on the island include a 4,400-square-foot mansion with seven bedrooms and four bathrooms, two boathouses, and two docks. That’s not to mention the private beach around the whole island.

It’s the first time “in generations” that the whole island is for sale, according to the listing by Robert Paul Properties.

The island boasts “… peerless privacy, acreage, water views, development potential, and deep water boating access to the Atlantic,” according to the listing.
