Boston Hotels Offer Pampering Pet Packages

If you are traveling to Boston with your pet, we have good news. More and more Boston hotels are rolling out the red carpet for their furry guests, offering luxurious spa days, professional photography sessions, birthday cakes, homemade dog biscuits, pet walking, and more.

Nine Zero Hotel

Nine Zero Hotel offers a Tail in One Citypackage. The package includes a designer pet welcome amenity, pet bowls, a pet bed, and services such as pet sitting, grooming, walking, and massage (available for an extra fee).
The hotel is also across from the Boston Common, an excellent place to walk your dog.
Use the hotel’s online registration form to register your pet before your stay. There are no weight restrictions for your pet.

Boston Harbor Hotel

The Boston Harbor Hotel’s Luxe Pups Package provides plenty of excitement for your pet. Your pup will be whisked away to Fenway Bark for a luxurious spa day (wash, cut, blow dry, pet-i-cure, and special goodie bag). The package costs $75. While back at the hotel, the concierge will arrange for a pet bed, welcome treats, and in-house pet walking services (for $10 a walk). There is a pet fee of $100 per pet.

Fairmont Copley

Now this is different. Missing your pet while traveling in Boston? You can borrow one from Fairmont Copley, which has a pet ambassador available for you to walk.
Ask for the Canine Adventure Package and you will be able to walk Catie Copley, the hotel’s pet ambassador. You will also receive a personalized and “pawtographed’’ copy of “Catie Copley’s Great Escape,’’ a new children’s book. Oh, and you’ll be provided with a stuffed Catie Copley plush toy to cuddle with during your stay. Awww. Email Catie at [email protected].
Oh, and this hotel allows your pet as well. Pets of all sizes are welcome at a cost of $25 per night.

Liberty Hotel

The Liberty Hotel offers a Paw Prints Package, which includes a complimentary professional portrait sitting with a photographer from Muddy Paw Studios. You can choose from a 30- or 60-minute shoot valued at between $250 and $500. You will get one complimentary 4X6 photo. The package also includes a pet bed and bowl and a designer pet amenity. You must give the hotel 48 hours notice if you are bringing your pooch.

XV Beacon Hotel

Dogs staying at XV Beacon Hotel are pampered with homemade dog biscuits, a plush bed, and “turn down water.’’ Dog sitting and walking can be arranged. Pets cannot be left unattended in the room, per the policy. The hotel also helps you support pets in need by asking for an optional $25 donation for local charitable pet organizations.

Colonnade Boston Hotel

A V.I.Pets Package at the Colonnade Boston Hotel includes a fluffy pet bed, food bowl, three brands of dry dog and cat food to choose from, pet walking services ($15 per walk), and a concierge that will arrange pet sitting, dog grooming, and spa services. The hotel asks that you accompany your pet at all times or leave your phone number at the desk if you must leave your pet briefly.

Hotel Marlowe

Hotel Marlowe offers a Fetching Pet Package that includes a “Bone Appetit’’ menu and a lunchbox full of treats for VIPs (Very Important Pets) who have stayed five or more times at the hotel. If it’s your dog’s birthday, let the hotel know and it will order a birthday cake from Polka Dog Bakery (just give 24 hour notice). The hotel accepts multiple pets and pets of all sizes and weight (for no extra charge).

Revere Hotel offeres a HosPAWtality Pet Package that includes plush pet bedding, two dog bowls, and a special treat from Polka Dog Bakery. The hotel offers maps of Boston dog parks, pet sitting, and on-site veterinary visits as well.

Onyx Hotel Boston

Onyx Hotel Boston welcomes your pet with gourmet dog cookies and clean-up bags and offers a dog-walking and dog-sitting service.
Book the Pampered Pet Package for a night of deluxe accommodations that includes a cozy dog bed or scratching post for your cat, gourmet treats from Polka Dog Bakery, and the choice of one item from the hotel’s pampered pet menu.

Westin Hotel & Resorts

At Westin Hotel & Resorts, a concierge is happy to tell you about walking paths along the Charles River and pet-friendly parks in the area. Dogs must be under 40 pounds and on a leash or in the owners’ control at all times while in the public areas. You must fill out a pet waiver form.
