We turned to social media to discover where people around the world want to travel to before they die. We looked at their #bucketlist #travel posts to determine where they long to go and also what big-dream places they are happily checking off their lists.

Here’s what we found. How does your travel bucket list compare?

Bali, Indonesia

Lisa Catara, a Los Angeles actress from Cleveland, can now check Indonesia off her travel bucket list. She posted this from Bali:

Chelsea and Kinsey, two Gloucester ladies who shoot travel videos, dream of exploring Angel Falls, a waterfall in Venezuela.

A coffeeshop owner from Singapore took a helicopter tour of the Himalayas and Mount Everest, calling it a “#bucketlist #onceinalifetime’’ experience:
