Soggy, slick Thanksgiving travel weather in NH
CONCORD, N.H. (AP) — Thanksgiving holiday travelers in New Hampshire are facing some soggy and slick roads.
Most areas of the state are expected to get 2 to 3 inches of rain by the end of Wednesday. The rain may turn to snow in the north.
The National Weather Service has issued a flood watch for much of the state through the afternoon. The river basins most at risk for flooding are the upper Saco and the Pemigewasset rivers in New Hampshire.
Parts of northern New Hampshire saw freezing rain or a wintry mix overnight.
At Manchester-Boston Regional Airport, with the exception of a few flights to and from the New York area, departures and arrivals are scheduled on time.
