The Tip: ‘Just Kidding’ at Symphony Space, NYC
Heading to New York with the kids? Through next April, Symphony Space on Manhattan’s Upper West Side presents “Just Kidding,’’ an interactive music, theater, and dance series for families with children ages 3 to 7. Now in its 10th year, Just Kidding’s music lineup ranges from polka to punk, traditional folk to “rowdy roots,’’ kid-friendly Delta blues to the bilingual Latin songs of Moona Luna and Hot Peas ‘N Butter. With more than 30 events offered in two theaters, Symphony Space is an affordable way to introduce children to live entertainment in a safe, inviting, and family-friendly environment.
