Guests at Foxwoods Resort Casino in Connecticut will soon dine like they’re at a dinner party at Martha Stewart’s estate.
The lifestyle guru is opening The Bedford by Martha Stewart, a restaurant inspired by her iconic New York country farmhouse, at the Mashantucket casino on March 14.
With a design inspired by Stewart’s multi-million dollar 1925 farmhouse in Bedford, N.Y. and menu items plucked from her personal favorites, diners will get “a taste of Martha’s world, brought to life,” according to a press release.
The new eatery marks Stewart’s second restaurant opening and first on the East Coast. Her first restaurant, The Bedford by Martha Stewart at Paris Las Vegas, opened in 2022.
The restaurant, located in Foxwoods’ Grand Pequot Tower, includes a dining area done in green after the celebrity’s “Green Room,” a famous sitting area in her home.
Hungry diners will eat Stewart’s Kurobuta Pork Chop, Niçoise Salad, and her Big Martha Pierogies. They’ll sip signature cocktails that include the “Martha-tini” and frozen pomegranate “Martha-rita,” all crafted with locally-sourced ingredients.

The Bedford will open for breakfast and dinner seven days a week and lunch on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Reservations are now open at foxwoods.com/thebedford.
The Bedford by Martha Stewart joins other celebrity-owned restaurants at Foxwoods, including Gordon Ramsay’s Hell’s Kitchen, Guy Fieri’s Kitchen + Bar, Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto’s Momosan, and Zac Young’s Sprinkletown.
Foxwoods has six casinos, more than 50 dining options, and the largest poker room on the East Coast. It was named among the 10 best casinos that aren’t in Las Vegas by USA Today readers this past fall.
