A town in the Berkshires is taking relaxation to another level, with not one but two destination spas ranking among the 10 best in the nation.
Travel + Leisure recently released a list of the 15 best spas in the U.S., part of its 2025 World’s Best Awards, and Miraval Berkshires Resort & Spa in Lenox ranked No. 6 and Canyon Ranch Lenox ranked No. 8.
“This storied corner of Massachusetts is often called bucolic, peaceful, and idyllic,” wrote officials on the Miraval Berkshires Resort & Spa website.
“Our luxurious wellness destinations are designed to help you create a life in balance through mindfulness,” according to the destination spa. “With pioneering programs, exclusive spa treatments, nourishing cuisine, and world-class wellness specialists, Miraval Resorts wants you to live your best life,” wrote the spa destination.
At Canyon Ranch Lenox, “from movement to mindfulness, every aspect of well-being is nurtured in one place — surrounded by the beauty and charm of the Berkshires,” wrote officials on the Canyon Ranch Lenox website.
A stay at Canyon Ranch Lenox includes chef-crafted dining, world-class spa amenities, more than 35 daily optional activities, swimming pools, and round-trip transportation.
The No. 1 destination spa in the U.S. is Mii Amo in Sedona, Arizona.
