You'll find it in Stow.
Fall in New England brings plenty of apple picking opportunities, “a quintessential autumn activity,” and Massachusetts has one of the 10 best in America, according to Country Living magazine.
The publication released a list of the 32 best apple picking farms and orchards in the U.S., and Honey Pot Hill Orchards in Stow ranked No. 8. Boston.com readers agree: Last year, they named it their favorite New England orchard.
Here’s what Country Living wrote about Honey Pot Hill Orchards:
“Expect some apple varieties, like the Vista Bella, to be ready for the taking as early as July, whereas fall fruit pickers can stock up on the Cortland, Honeycrisp, and Royal Gala apples from mid-September to November or December. Once you’ve taken a bite of your finds, you might also be tempted to send friends (or yourself) one of Honey Pot Hill Orchards’ Apple Gift Packs.”
