A New England boat show is making a splash with USA Today readers.
The publication recently named the 10 best boat shows in America, part of its 2025 10Best Readers’ Choice Awards, and the Newport International Boat Show ranked No. 6.
America’s top boat shows offer “a unique blend of nautical fun, education, and innovation, often featuring educational seminars, workshops, and engaging demos,” according to the publication.
Here’s what USA Today wrote about the Newport International Boat
Show:
One of the largest boat shows in the nation, the Newport International Boat Show in Rhode Island is spread out over 15 acres. Shop for boats, services, and accessories, or attend nautical-themed seminars and workshops while you walk the docks and sidewalks of historic downtown Newport in ideal fall weather.
The 2025 Newport International Boat Show is taking place Sept. 11-14.
The No. 1 boat show in America is the Newport Beach International Boat Show in Newport Beach, Calif.
For the 10Best Readers’ Choice Awards lists, USA Today travel experts select 20 nominees in topics from food to lodging, destinations to things to do. Then the publication asks readers to cast votes to determine the top 10.
