These are the very best Halloween costumes we saw in Salem

From a headless horseman to DunKings to Barbie.

The historic city of Salem, billed as the largest celebration of Halloween in the world, is full of costumed fun all month long but especially on Halloween.

Check out some of the costumes we spotted in Salem this year.
