A drone was sighted about 15 miles northeast of Boston Logan International Airport by the crew of a Delta Air Lines flight on Wednesday, The Boston Globe reports.

Crew members did not have to take any “evasive action” because of the drone, and the flight — arriving from Philadelphia — was able to land safely at Logan, according to the Globe.

State police were notified by a radar control center to the report around 11:30 a.m., according to a press release.

The unmanned aerial vehicle appeared to be flying over a boat, police said. The plane was flying at approximately 3,000 feet, and the drone was about 300 feet lower in altitude.

The Federal Aviation Administration is investigating the incident, according to the Globe.
