Quincy Market reopens on Wednesday
Visitors will enjoy live music during the opening celebration.
Boston’s world-famous Quincy Market will reopen on Wednesday.
The marketplace’s food colonnade and pushcart/kiosk operators will welcome back guests at 11 a.m. after closing due to the coronavirus pandemic.
As part of the opening day celebration, guitarist Ryan LaPerle will perform in the South Market and Violin Viiv will perform in the West End of the marketplace.

Visitors can purchase a vast array of foods from the colonnade, from clam chowder to lobster rolls to pizza to ice cream. Pushcart/kiosk operators will sell a variety of products and gift items and follow the safety guidelines established by Gov. Charlie Baker, according to the marketplace.
Several retailers and restaurants in Faneuil Hall Marketplace are already open. Guests can find a list of open restaurants and retailers on the website. Restaurants have expanded their outdoor dining areas to accommodate social distancing guidelines.
