Bostonians can now fly to Barcelona on JetBlue.
The airline launched daily nonstop summer seasonal service between Logan International Airport and Josep Tarradellas Barcelona–El Prat Airport in Barcelona on Thursday. The service, first announced in November, will run through Oct. 25.
The flight times, provided in local time, are as follows: Travelers leave Boston at 8:04 p.m. and arrive in Barcelona at 9:45 a.m. Return flights depart Barcelona at 12:50 p.m. and arrive in Boston at 3:38 p.m. Passengers fly on JetBlue’s A321 aircraft, which features the airline’s Mint premium experience with fully lie-flat private suites and restaurant-style small plates.
Barcelona is renowned for its art, iconic architecture, and coastal appeal, noted JetBlue, and “will come alive this summer with a vibrant lineup of cultural events, concerts, and major sporting moments.”
“The launch of service between Boston and Barcelona marks another exciting step in JetBlue’s transatlantic service,” said Marty St. George, president of JetBlue, in a statement. “We’re excited to introduce our first service to Spain’s Catalonia region, connecting two dynamic global hubs and expanding our international reach. This route builds on our existing transatlantic presence from Boston and gives customers more choice and value when traveling between the U.S. and Europe.”
Barcelona is JetBlue’s second destination in Spain, following the launch of service to Madrid last year. The new route marks the airline’s seventh city served in Europe.
In celebration of the new route, Boston-originating travelers can currently get limited one-way introductory fares starting at $349 in Core and $1,799 in Mint.
JetBlue will also launch seasonal service between Boston and Milan on May 11. With the addition of Barcelona and Milan, JetBlue will operate up to nine daily nonstop flights between Boston and Europe this summer.
JetBlue, recently named among the most comfortable U.S. airlines in 2026 by WalletHub, raised its checked bag fees last month.
