Travelers planning European getaways in 2026 now have more options on Delta Air Lines from Boston.
The Atlanta-based airline announced Wednesday that it will launch new nonstop service between Boston and Madrid, Spain, and Nice, France, in the spring.
Delta will offer daily service to Madrid and three-times-weekly service to Nice from Logan Airport on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays in May. Flights to Madrid begin on May 16 and flights to Nice begin on May 17.
“From the architectural grandeur and vibrant energy of Spain’s capital to the relaxed elegance of the French Riviera, these routes offer Boston travelers a rich mix of culture, coastline and cuisine,” wrote Delta.
What’s more, Delta is increasing service to Barcelona and Milan in May, flying daily to Barcelona beginning May 7 and four times weekly to Milan beginning on May 16.
“As a cornerstone of Delta’s global network, Boston plays a vital role in connecting our customers to the world,” said Paul Baldoni, senior vice president of network planning for Delta, in a statement. “By adding nonstop service to Madrid and Nice, we’re enhancing our European network and continuing our commitment to providing an exceptional travel experience from start to finish.”
Delta has nearly tripled its service in Boston in the past two decades — growing from 25 to about 70 destinations worldwide — and will serve 12 European destinations from Boston with the new additions.
