Snag one-way fares as low as $49 during Southwest’s Fourth of July sale

The sale ends July 3.

Travelers can snag discounted Southwest flights for late summer and fall this week during a limited-time holiday sale.

On Tuesday, Southwest launched a three-day Independence Day sale on flights, with one-way fares as low as $49.

The sale runs through July 3 at 11:59 p.m. PT and is good for continental U.S. travel between Aug. 4 to Dec. 17.

Deals out of Boston’s Logan International Airport include one-way $69 flights to Baltimore and Chicago; $79 to Austin, Tampa, and Fort Lauderdale; $89 to Pittsburgh, Savannah, Philadelphia, and Washington; $94 to Detroit; and more.

The deal is good for continental U.S. travel on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Travelers should note that blackout dates of Sept. 1, Oct. 13, Nov. 24-26, and Dec. 1 for continental U.S. travel apply.

The fares apply to nonstop service where indicated. If nonstop service is not indicated, the sale applies to single connecting service.

Tickets must be purchased 21 days in advance of the trip and prices include all U.S. and international government taxes and fees.

Seats, travel days, and markets are limited.
