A new route from Boston to Porto, Portugal is taking off at Logan Airport
The seasonal route will operate from May to October.

Tap Air Portugal celebrated its inaugural flight from Boston to Porto, Portugal on Wednesday.
The nonstop route from Logan Airport to Porto, Portugal’s second-largest city, will run from May 14 to October 25. Porto, the birthplace of port wine, is also known for its historic center and stunning centuries-old architecture.
Travelers fly on an Airbus A321-LR aircraft and the service operates on Mondays, Wednesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
The airline announced the new service in December. Tap Air Portugal now flies two nonstop routes from Boston to Portugal. The airline launched service from Logan to Lisbon in 2016.
Tap Air Portugal celebrates its 80th anniversary this year. It began service between Portugal and the U.S. in 1969 and currently flies from seven U.S. cities: Boston, Chicago, New York, Miami, Newark, San Francisco, and Washington D.C.
