Delta Air Lines is increasing its presence in Hawaii this year, which includes adding seasonal, nonstop service from Boston to Honolulu.

The Atlanta-based airline’s new route between Logan International Airport and Daniel K. Inouye International Airport in Honolulu launches Nov. 21 and runs through April 30, 2025, the airline announced on Friday

The flight will become Delta’s longest domestic route at 5,095 miles, exceeding its current longest, the 4,983-mile nonstop route from New York to Honolulu, according to The Points Guy. Customers will fly on a Boeing 767-300ER.

“Over the past decade, Delta has been dedicated to refining our domestic footprint, and this year we’re strengthening our roots within our well-positioned U.S. hubs to match increased demand,” said Joe Esposito, senior vice president of network planning for Delta, in a statement. “In cities like Boston, Atlanta and Seattle, we’re providing more choices and seamless connections to sought-after destinations.”

Delta also announced it will resume its route from Atlanta to Maui in November, becoming the only carrier to serve Maui from the Eastern U.S., and add year-round service between Miami and Seattle in December.

In total, Delta will operate 22 daily nonstop flights to Hawaii, flying to four Hawaiian destinations from eight cities. The Boston to Honolulu service will round out Delta’s other winter service from Logan, which includes seven destinations in Florida and seven destinations in Mexico and the Caribbean.
