Dine Out Boston returns in March, bringing tons of great deals, so it’s a good time to visit some of the restaurants you’ve been meaning to try. Formerly known as Restaurant Week, the two-week initiative typically takes place each March and August.
Beginning on Sunday, March 10 and running through Saturday, March 23, restaurants in Boston and beyond will offer prix fixe lunch and dinner menus at four different price points — $22, $27, $32, and $36 for lunch, and $36, $41, $46, and $55 for dinner. So far, 36 spots have joined this year’s list of participating restaurants, with more likely to join as the dates draw closer.
Hosted by Meet Boston, formerly known as the Greater Boston Convention and Visitors Bureau, Dine Out Boston brings extra businesses to the restaurant industry during slow seasons twice a year. While it’s a great opportunity for folks to try out new spots at approachable price points, it’s just as nice for revisiting your old favorites.
Participants this year include Banks Fish House, Sogno, Harvest, Grill 23 & Bar, and Trattoria Il Panino. Note that some restaurants don’t offer their prix fixe menus during peak times like Saturday nights, and reservations are recommended since restaurants can book up quickly.
