Wind down winter at Boston’s newest food hall

Optimistically close out winter this week at an Après Ski Party in downtown Boston. The Financial District’s new food hall, High Street Place, will invoke ski lodge vibes the night of Saturday, March 12.

We’re hoping that means hot cocoa, Alpine wines, and at least one of the many food vendors offering a special of soup in a bread bowl (that was always our preferred ski lodge lunch), but we can tell you with certainty that DJ L’Duke will be in the house spinning inspired tunes, and snow-sporty attire is encouraged.

High Street Place opened in March with 20 food and drink outfits from local names like chef Tiffani Faison (Bubble Bath, Dive Bar, Tenderoni’s) and mixologists Darren Swisher and Joe Cammarata (Daiquiris & Daisies), plus expansions for Blackbird Doughnuts, Newburyport Brewing Company, Mike & Patty’s, and more. Besides lunch and dinner, HSP debuted a slate of after-work and Saturday event programming—such as Saturday’s Après Ski fête.
