The leaves may just be starting to turn, but the snow will be falling before we know it. Be ready for the dark, cold months ahead by perfecting some cozy new recipes: Join Lucia Ristorante in Winchester on Oct. 24 for Tour d’Italia: Pasta Making Class, Emilia Romagna, a hands-on cooking lesson celebrating a region of Italy renowned for its rich and indulgent cuisine. Learn to make the rustic pasta called làgane, while Lucia’s chef prepares you with new skills and insights into crafting pasta, sauce, and pairings. At the end of the class, you’ll enjoy a family-style feast of your creations. Ticket cost also includes an apron, notebook, and recipes to bring home. This pasta class is the fifth Lucia has offered since launching a Tour d’Italia Cooking Class series in November 2018. Pair it with a concurrent Tour d’Italia Wine Dinner happening on Oct. 28 at Lucia in the North End, also celebrating Emilia Romagna.
