An upcoming Cheese School session at Brookline Village fromagerie Curds & Co. is all about the sweet side of things. The 90-minute lesson For the Love of Cheese promises to divulge what makes sweet-and-savory pairings so special, “all in the theme of sweet, sweet love.”
