You could brave the grocery store, thumb through all of your cookbooks, and then spend hours in the kitchen to make your own Feast of Seven Fishes on Christmas Eve — or, you can let the experts at Ristorante Lucia take care of the special meal. Both locations of this stalwart family business — which debuted in the North End 44 years ago, after Filippo Frattaroli emigrated from Sulmona, Italy — will be serving up a Feast of Seven Fishes. With everything on the menu portioned for two, why bother with the hassle of Christmas Eve cooking when you can give your household the gift of dishes like baccala fritters, vongole ripiene (stuffed clams), and Panettone-eggnog bread pudding? Lucia lets you have it your way: Available for dine-in or takeout, the full menu is $75 for two people and is also available à la carte. Pre-orders are welcome through December 20. Order online or by calling Ristorante Lucia at 617-367-2353 (Boston) or 781-729-0515 (Winchester).
