Dunkin’ may have just debuted its new fall menu, but some Massachusetts bars are already gearing up for the most wonderful time of the year. The Christmas-themed holiday pop-up “Miracle” returns to Greater Boston starting this November, including a new “Sippin’ Santa” location.

“I am thrilled to welcome back the holiday season with open arms,” said Miracle founder Greg Boehm in a statement. “What started as a humble idea to transform an unfinished bar into a holiday pop-up has blossomed beyond my wildest dreams.”

Visiting the winter wonderlands

Four bars across the commonwealth will host Christmas-themed boozy pop-ups later this year under the “Miracle” banner. Partner bars include Shore Leave in Boston, The Goat in Newburyport, Mystic Station in Malden, and Bambara Kitchen and Bar in Cambridge.

The dates for these pop-ups are unconfirmed as of Aug. 28, but the statement said the bars will transform around mid-November and continue throughout the holiday season. Even if you’re not in Massachusetts, you’ll be able to find a Miracle pop-up at one of their 250 locations around the world. A list of every Sippin’ Santa event can be found right here.

What’s on the menu?

Hallmarks of the holiday pop-ups include one-of-a-kind cocktails featuring festive ingredients. In previous years, cocktails were infused with ingredients like cranberry sauce, mulled wine, creamed sherry, and more.

Miracle customers can sample new cocktails like the Stocking Stuffer and Crooked Antler. Want something more tried and true? Test out their returning drinks like the Christmapolitan, Snowball Old-Fashioned, and Jingle Balls Nog.

At Sippin’ Santa, patrons will be able to pick from this year’s roster of inventive tropical drinks. The lineup includes new additions like the Sugar Plum Mai Tai and Frosty the Merman, which join previous favorites Jingle Bird, Holiday on Ice, and Merry Spritzmas.

One of Miracle’s traditions is the holiday mug collection they debut every year. This year, Miracle and Sippin’ Santa locations will feature new limited-edition designs for purchase. Ten percent of the proceeds going to their philanthropic partner, the Seva Foundation. The foundation aims to provide eye care and vision impairment aids to “underserved communities,” their website said.
