For an adventurous workout in a safe space try a Boston Pole Fitness class. The studio has locations in Brighton, Newton, and Dorchester and is open to all and encourages students to let loose and get strong.

Dangling from the ceiling is one way to shake up your routine while mastering a new technique. Swet Studio’s aerial yoga classes in the South End incorporate dance, pilates, and gravity-defying movement.

If you ever were curious about “the power of jumping,” hop over to one of Barre Groove’s studio locations in Back Bay, Downtown, and South Boston. Barre Groove has staple Trampoline Twerkouts that combine bouncing with high intensity bodyweight exercises.

Before you run away to join the circus full-time, build some unique skills at CommonWealth Circus in Jamaica Plain. From aerial fabric classes to tumbling at this gym are sure to get your heart pumping.
