Join Curds & Co. for a sit-down class with cheese and beverage pairings.
Attendees will be able to learn all about Manchego, including its origins, tasting notes, and other interesting tidbits.
The evening will cover cheese education, production, history, pairing, and the science behind it. Attendees can engage all their senses by touching, smelling, tasting, and hearing about Manchengo in all its forms.
“A lot of customers ask for Manchego, say they like Manchego, etc., but when asked ‘why’ or ‘what do you like about Manchego?’ don’t have an answer. There are so many delicious varieties of Manchego, so this class is really to just introduce people to the variety behind cheese they already love — an ode to Manchego, if you will,” said Gillian Dana, general manager for Curds & Co.
All attendees must provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination.
