Legendary guitarist Eric Clapton will perform a concert at TD Garden on Sept. 16, Live Nation announced Monday.
Fan club presale tickets for Clapton’s Boston show go on sale Tuesday, March 4 at 10 a.m. A general ticket sale will follow on Friday, March 7 at 10 a.m.
Estimated prices for the tickets range between $220 and $2,924, according to VividSeats.
The U.S. run of Clapton’s tour will be limited to six stops: Nashville, Cleveland, Philadelphia, Boston, New York, and Uncasville Conn. The tour kicks off on Sept. 8.
The 17-time Grammy winner released his latest album, “Meanwhile,” in October 2024. The record features a variety of other artists, including Jeff Beck, Van Morrison, Judith Hill and more. The album also includes eight previously released singles as well as six new songs.
Once a part of the rock bands Yardbirds, Blind Faith, and Cream, Clapton began his solo journey in 1970. His numerous awards from his 24 solo albums demonstrate his vast influence on music throughout his career.
