Back in 2013, you may have never heard the words “hazy IPA” strung together. That lush and tasty style of beer is ubiquitous these days, and a lot more has changed since then in the beer landscape, too. Boston’s own Trillium Brewing Company has been at the forefront. On March 25, Trillium is hosting a special dinner at its Canton restaurant to mark nine years of beer innovation and memorable moments.

Now with visitable taprooms in Fort Point, Fenway, and Canton, plus a seasonal beer garden on the Greenway and an estate brewery in development on Connecticut farmland, Trillium is one of the biggest names in craft beer. It’s consistently named in conversations about the best breweries in the world, and its locations are destination-worthy for beer connoisseurs and the curious alike. For Team Trillium, the goal has always been to create inviting spaces where people can come together to share unforgettable beers and food, they say — and this month’s anniversary dinner realizes that mission.

Anniversary weekend kicks off Friday, March 25, in Canton and continues Saturday, March 26, with an already-sold-out dinner in Fort Point. Both events feature unique, four-course menus crafted by the on-site culinary team, featuring produce from Trillium’s Connecticut farm as well as high-quality meat and seafood; paired with distinct beers for every course.

Stay tuned for menu details, but you can expect a few surprises anyway. Attendees will be among the first people to taste a brand-new entry in Trillium’s Habitat series of spontaneously fermented beers. Everyone will take home a special gift set, too.

Tickets went on sale the evening of February 28 and Fort Point sold out by the next morning, so fans will want to reserve their Canton seats now. Tickets for the four-course beer-pairing menu is $150 plus taxes and fees, coming up to $200.54 total.
