Night Shift Brewing will release three new beers this year in celebration of Oktoberfest. The popular local brewery will also host two celebratory events. 

One Mighty Festbier, a collaboration between Night Shift Brewing and One Mighty Mill, showcases the ancient art of shared food systems between local bakers and brewers. It is a Helles Style Lager brewed with fresh milled wheat from One Mighty Mill in Lynn.

The other two celebratory beer releases are Freudian Sip, a Vienna-style lager, and Prost Malone, an unfiltered Munich lager. 

There will also be Oktoberfest parties at the brewery’s two locations.

The Oktoberfest party at the Night Shift Brewing’s Everett taproom is on Sept. 24 with live music from the Hofbrau Spieler Band, food trucks, a stein-holding competition, and best dressed contests.

The Oktoberfest party at Lovejoy Wharf is on Sept. 25, and the namesake patio will also feature live music from Hofbrau Spieler Band along with a plentiful selection of brats, pretzels, and more thematic foods.
