By Marta Hill
Join author Anita Hill for the next installment of the Virtual Radcliffe Book Talks, hosted by the Harvard Radcliffe Institute. Hill will read an excerpt of her book “Believing: Our Thirty-Year Journey to End Gender Violence.”
The book touches on sex, age, race, and power as they relate to the issues of gender violence, and explains that they are as urgent as when Hill first testified at the 1991 Senate confirmation hearings for then-U.S. Supreme Court nominee Clarence Thomas.
After the reading, Harvard University African American Studies professor Evelynn Hammonds will lead a discussion and audience Q&A.
