Idle Hands Craft Ales turns 11 this year, and the Malden brewery is throwing quite the party: Say “cheers” to another year during the annual Oktoberfest celebration. A cover charge at the door of the dual event comes with a commemorative stein and your first beer free. The indoor-outdoor festival features a festive stein-hoisting competition and oom-pah music to set the scene.
One of Boston’s original breweries, Idle Hands may have “ales” in its name, but the standout beer-maker also puts out worldly lagers. Expect a refreshing lineup on tap all day and night, along with plenty of food available for purchase.
Idle Hands’ Malden taproom has become a reliable place to find local food pop-ups, so expect the likes of Brato Kitchen, Lionheart Confections, and more of the best brewery pop-ups to be on hand for the 11th Anniversary Oktoberfest party.
Save the date for Saturday, Sept. 10, and get ready to raise your stein for Idle Hands.
